Art Installation Specialist
The cost of our services varies depending on the scope of the project. Prices start at $3,500 inc GST for a studio apartment. Book a consultation to receive a quote.
The selections presentation is a tailored visual document with all furniture pieces we have hand picked for the common areas in the home.
Our standard is up to 12 weeks rental. Whilst most companies offer 6-8 weeks, we understand listing agreements are usually for 3 months. We remove the stress of added weekly costs.
In the unlikely event that your property does not sell in 12 weeks, we can offer weekly extensions at a weekly cost. The cost is determined by the amount of furniture in your property.
Not a problem! For smaller items which can be delivered by our stylist via car, this service is complimentary. For furniture items which require a truck and trained removalists, we charge a variation fee as outlined in our agreement.
We use a third party professional Art Installation Specialist. They use screws which are drilled into the wall to secure the wall art. They also install brackets to carefully secure our TV's to the wall. All hooks and brackets are left in place for the new owner to use. Please note, we do not patch and paint any holes created as per our agreement. We do not use 3M products.
At this time, we are not offering partial stagings nor do we style occupied residences. The property must be empty of all belongings and no one may live on the premises in the duration of the rental period.
